We are seeking driven, courageous, confident college seniorsor recent college graduates to perform one extraordinary year of service learning as a Collegiate Teaching Fellow. We are recruiting on selected college campuses for passionate and committed undergraduates eager to begin their professional career in teaching or take a gap year before other professional endeavors. Fellows must be committed to modeling our Five Smooth Stones core virtues: courage, compassion, integrity, wisdom and resilience.
Key traits for a fellow include flexibility, responsibility, creativity, enthusiasm, maturity and strong written and oral communications skills. This is more than a job, you will work with a tight community of Collegiate Fellows, all determined to shift the educational paradigm in Baltimore. A modest stipend is provided. Prep@Collegiate Summer Fellows
We are currently seeking undergraduate leaders who are ready to join us for the inaugural session of Prep@Collegiate—an academically rigorous and personally enriching summer academy for rising 6th-, 7th-, and 8th-grade boys. Prep@Collegiate will serve the immediate goal of dramatically reducing summer learning loss, and—every bit as important—it will help ensure that our boys have their sights clearly set on the horizon: advancement to (and through) college.
